Process of booking:
If you find the right hotel for you, all you have to do is to click on the “BOOK A ROOM” button, fill out the reservation form, and click on the “OK/SEND” button to send your reservation to us. If you give all the necessary information and the hotel can accommodate you, you will receive your confirmation within 24 hour. In those rarely cases when to hotel can not accept your booking (the hotel is fully booked), we will send you 2-3 more hotel offers about the same price/ location/ quality to make your choose easier. If you have sent your booking request to us and you didn’t receive any answer, it’s most probably because on the reservation form you misspelled either your e-mail address either your phone number. Please always check that all the information you’re sending us is correct. Thank you for your effort in advance.

Our prices:
The prices on our webpage are competitive as we are a wholesaler of hotel rooms, so the discount what we get from the hotels can be passed on to our guest. So our prices our better what you could get as an individual at the hotel. And more than that, our webpage contains a lot of useful information, what makes easier to organize your holiday and better the vacation.

Method of payment:
When you book your hotel room through our system, we will ask for your credit card details (name, card number, expiration date). These information are necessary to guarantee your booking. Our company never charge your credit card, our customers are always paying at the hotel (except "PrePaid prices). All of the hotels accept cash, and majority of the takes credit cards as well. If any of the hotels on our webpage do not take credit card, we indicate it at the hotel’s description. Your and your credit card information is always handled confidentially and secured, if you wish to have more information about it, please click here. IMPORTANT: If you take the hotel's special discounted "PrePaid" price, your credit card will be charged in advance.

Cancellation Policy:
If you comply with the terms of conditions – listed below each hotel’s descriprion – no charge will aply in case of cancellation.
